Empowering, educating and supporting disenfranchised young men to excel by being holistically well in financial literacy, mental, awareness and physical health.
Our Purpose
Young men in Columbus, OH are being disproportionately affected without suitable housing and being able to provide basic support to sustain a good life. We build bridges for young men to have access to wrap around resources to create a legacy.

Pastor Leonard M. Ervin Jr.
Certified Holistic Life Coach · Ordained Minister
A native of Cleveland, Ohio, Pastor Ervin overcame the odds and challenges that afflict many young men in our society. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and a Master of Business Administration from DeVry University.
"I win when You win; let's win together!"
In March 2020, The Lord gave Pastor Ervin a vision: To build a Community Development Center to be a multicultural, world-wide sanctuary for the family structure. Thus, the Community of Wellness was born.

Humility - Humility allows us to appreciate who we are, remain
confident in our strengths and weaknesses, while intentionally looking for ways to lift others to higher levels of confidence and experience.

Accountability - We honor commitments to our consumers and to one another. I am responsible to accomplish my work, on-time, with quality. I realize that my consumers, my co-workers, and the company depend on me doing what is expected of me. I will do what it takes to honor my commitments, even when it is uncomfortable or hard.

Optimism - We will look at things with a positive eye and an open mind, trying to see the good in things first. It's hard enough to work in a growing company, why do it in a negative environment. Everything we do is with an effort to foster an environment of optimism, even in the toughest of situations. It's good to remember that above every cloud, there are still blue skies.

Collaboration - Collaboration means listening and evolving together,
helping and supporting each other for the sake of a collective goal;

Curiosity – We will explore the desire to constantly question, engage,
investigate, and explore concepts and processes in order to improve
the lives of our consumers. Curious people are willing to leave their
comfort zone and explore the possibilities, as they know the path will
