3 John 1:2

Leonard M. Ervin, Jr. is a native of Cleveland, Ohio, who currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.  Being a product of the Cleveland Public School System, he overcame the odds and challenges that afflict many young, black men in our society and did not allow it to deter him from going after success.  He worked hard to attain a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and A Master of Business Administration from DeVry University. 

 

His commitment to excellence has obtained him a prestigious position as Senior Finance Executive.   Additionally, he is a Certified Holistic Life Coach and an Ordained Minister of the Gospel.  He was licensed and ordained from Triedstone Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Bishop Jerome Ross.  He also attended and completed coursework at Ohio Christian University, and is currently pursuing other Academia with the Christian Leadership University.  Under the Direction of Holy Spirit, he was led to submit to the present Spiritual Covering of Pastor Elgin Orton.  In his spare time, He enjoys treating himself to a good eatery and watching the Hit Show Law and Order.

 

His Christian walk with God began after surviving a car accident that opened his eyes to the reality of God.  Through this experience, God allowed him to see that he was in a war with the devil, who was trying to abort his God-given Destiny.  From that time, the Holy Spirit lead him on a journey that ultimately brought him into a closer fellowship with God.  He came to the acceptance that God is his True Father, who Loves him, and has a Good plan for his life.  Walking in the Truth of that revelation opened his eyes even more to receive the Vision and Purpose to which God has called him.  Accepting the Higher Calling God has placed on his life, he recognized His Purpose is to help YOU fulfill YOUR Pre-determined Destiny on Earth.  This realization became the basis for his motto in life and ministry: “I win when You win; let’s win together!”  So many people do not understand who God created them to be in this life.  This work and movement is to awaken people to the Truth of who they are in Christ and who God has called them to be in the earth.  It is for those who realize LIFE is more than what they are experiencing, and to catalyst them into God’s Dream for their Life.
